Abstract
Biological authentication technology is an important product of the information age. Although all kinds of biometric technology applications have become increasingly mature, there are many unsatisfactory aspects about the number of fingerprint identification and transmission security in many embedded system applications. Therefore, the encrypted transmission of digital fingerprints has become one of the important problems in the study of embedded system application. In this paper a digital fingerprint algorithm has been used on the structure of the OMAP application, according to the applications in some of the actual situation. The authors put forward a digital fingerprint encryption embedded and decryption integrated software structure by considering the application platform and transmission on a confidential basis.
