Abstract :
The paper first presents a testing method by designing a fast in and slow out (FISO) memory system. Secondly, the authors use the bispectrum to test the harmonic distortion of video ADCs in high definition TV (HDTV) systems. The result shows that this method has the advantages of low cost and high detective resolution.<>
