Abstract :
Caring of the elderly, especially the empty nesters, is a major concern of the whole society. The paper discusses the current situation of the elderly caring in China and abroad, analyzes the resources available for the caring system, including neighborhood, community, hospital, volunteer, and government, and constructs a framework of the elderly caring system, which provides the aged people with life care, emotional comfort and medical treatment conveniently, economically and quickly.
