Study of graduates´ function in cooperative management model to graduates

With the continuous increasement of the number of graduates in higher institutions in China, it is difficult to manage all the graduates only by graduates management of the higher institutions, so some management models,such as double-level management system and three main quality management model, are raised. These management models can improve the efficiency of management, but they treate the graduates as the object of the management, and neglect the graduates´ function in the management. This paper showes the collaboration management model, raises a manage model, i.e. improving the graduates´ function in cooperative Management, and gives a count for how to improve the graduates´ function in the manage model.
