Abstract :
On the basic of contractual agreement, firstly, work task will be dispersed in the application of work breakdown structure (WBS) to specify person liable and allocated resource of every working package. Further, their streamlining task need to be established to make overall work carried out under the instruction of this clear process. Finally, the whole process management of DCP will become a reality.
