Abstract :
This paper aims at the problems that the production logistics information of automobile manufacturing controls independently. By studying on the events happened among the involving subjects, the paper analyzes the logical relationship and uses professional logistics software to simulate the operation processes and event schedules of the production logistics system. It compares the simulation results got from traditional push mode with pull mode, by event relationship that verifies pull mode can improve bottleneck constraints, increase productivity, optimize inventory management etc, provides reliable basis for achieving integrated management.
