Abstract
A stable positive corona discharge in two wires-to-plane system is analysed in this paper. A hybrid technique (FFM-MOC) is presented for general solution of the corona governing equations. The model avoids resorting to the Deutsch assumption´s. The computational model is validated by a comparison with experimental measurements of current density and electric field ground distributions.
