Abstract :
To the cooperation between the members of a construction supply chain, the benefit pursuit is an important driving factor, the reasonable or not of benefit allocation will affect the stability and long-term cooperation of the supply chain. Construction supply chain have several benefit distribution modes, such as the fixed payment mode, the intermediate product pricing mode, the production sharing mode and the mixed mode. A variety of benefit distribution methods stemming from these modes have their own limitations, This paper will firstly establish three schemes with these methods, and then establish a more scientific and reasonable scheme with TOPSIS coordination method, which will help the members in the construction supply chain achieve a maximum satisfaction.
