Abstract
We designed, and simulated (SPICE) a fast RF switch required for an experimental measurement system. Then, we propose an efficient solution for reducing switching-generated video feedthrough, as demonstrated by electrical simulations taking into account parameters dispersion. Principles described here should be validated by future measurements on chips which are presently under production.
