Abstract
This research combined organizational justice theory, tourism perception theory and related analysis tool to explore the major factors that influenced the residents´ justice perception of tourism development in world natural heritage in China. Data shows that the interest distribution justice of tourism development is the top concern of local residents, and followed by procedure justice and interactive justice. The factors that influence residents´ overall perception of tourism development justice are the interactive justice, procedure justice and interest distribution justice in sequence. This result is comparatively coherent with the result of organizational justice research, which proved the applicability of organizational justice theory and its analysis tool in world natural heritage management research.
