Abstract :
The purpose of this article is to develop a model of project management based team work to allot the social resource efficiently in a country. The article analyzes the relationships between innovation and project-oriented society based the Organizational Theory, It is concluded that the found of Innovative Country should establish the project-oriented society system and organization adapted to, so all the innovative activities can achieve efficiently by the new project management model based project-oriented.
