Abstract :
General layout management in industrial enterprises is an important work in the entire enterprise management. It is the increasingly urgent to strengthen the management and improve scientific level of the management with the modernization and rapid development of science and technology. The principles, requirements and effective methods are proposed according to practical experience in this paper.
