Abstract
The means that multi carrier waves are applied in traditional spread spectrum location system is researched. In transmitter, orthogonal carrier waves that modulated by several low speed narrowband signals that are divided from traditional extended signal are transmitted. In receiver, the demodulated high speed sequence is the same with the original one but has a difference in time. The range of between transmitter and receiver can be calculated by this time difference. Emulated results state that in the condition of using almost half bandwidth of the traditional extended location system, this means has the same performance with the traditional one and has higher frequency using rate.
