Abstract :
PBNM technology and MA technology are the newly developing subjects in network management field. These two network management methods have advantages and disadvantages for each. This article puts forward a new network management method-PBNMBMA, and introduces a multi-domain management procedure and the function of each module in detail. PBNMBMA should be a more effective method in network management.
