Abstract :
Temporal measurements of ion flow emanating from area of a vacuum arc with use single-channel electrostatic energy-analyzer combined with time-of-flight mass-analyzer were carried out. As a result, the following features of the ionic flow were revealed: the ionic flow represents a sequence of intensive bundles; and the charging composition of a flow strongly varies from emission to emission.
