Abstract
This paper aims to expand the concept of resource sharing among members of a wireless community network also considering the participation of mobile nodes presenting high intermittent behaviours and low reliability. The conducted simulative analysis demonstrates how to minimize the issues due to the presence of mobile users by designing a novel scheduling mechanism able to take into account the reliability of such nodes throughout specific utility functions and satisfaction indexes. The reliability-based resource sharing scheduler outperforms classical approaches by allowing the participation of mobile users to the community network cloud services.
