A comprehensive evaluating method of service trust based on the multi-level weighted strategies

Based on the trust relationships in different periods and under different backgrounds, some concepts of service trust are discussed in details. Moreover, a comprehensive service trust value is given by the computing scheme of multi-level weighted strategies. As a unique evaluation, the final result provides a definite and overall trust description of a certain trusted agent in all transacting activities. It can be selected as the trading decision basis for the trusting agents. An example is also given to show that the comprehensive evaluating method of service trust is convenient to be implemented in the practice of business intelligence.
