            Abstract : 
Project financing is a new financing model and it is an important means of fund-raising which is applicable to infrastructure project. In this paper, we set up a decision model for project financing based on interval entropy. It can express the index information scientifically and make the decision according to the values. Its advantage is combining multi-objective evaluation of various ways of project financing with their inherent information and the subjective judgment of a policy-maker.
