Abstract :
We present a complete noise analysis for a balanced resistive W-band mixer, taking into account the high-frequency and 1/f-noise of the transistors. Additionally the strong relation between 1/f-noise and LO/RF-decoupling has been investigated, too. The simulated noise figure agrees well with the measured value.
