            Abstract : 
It will introduce the design theory and technology of Internet-based enterprise management information system. The system is made up of the three-tier structure that are Web-publish, business process and data management. This system can achieve a wide range of network platforms connection, making the existing computer networks of enterprises and the Internet interconnected through routers. The system has a variety of decision-making functions that are analysis, forecasting and etc. Moreover, it can make use of the decision support system composed of a wide range forecasting, analyzing and statistical models and processing softwares in order to provide valuable information arising from the corresponding analysis, statistics and projections and the auxiliary decision support.
