Research on Monopoly Model of Combined Technical Standard in High Technology Virtual Industrial Cluster

High technology virtual industrial cluster is a new kind of cluster mode in knowledge economic area. By utilizing the methods of combined technical standard monopoly, the members of high technology virtual industrial cluster control the direction of industry development into their favorable ways to maintain their monopolistic position. Based on cellular automata theory, the combined technical standard monopoly model is established. Then applying MATLAB, the process of combined technical standard monopoly is simulated. Furthermore, according to simulation result, the phenomenon that competition activities are influenced by combined technical standard monopoly intensity is analyzed. This paper has a very important theoretical meaning and practical significance on researching control strategy of technical standards, promoting effective competition of cluster and improving the cluster´s competitiveness.
