Abstract :
The investment control for public buildings by government is a hot study field in China nowadays. At present China has few measures to control the construction cost and make the delicacy management for national key construction projects. The government can make great efforts in respect of the investment control for public buildings. There are congress supervision, government supervision and public supervision for public buildings in the United States of America. Japan also has a fairly complete supervisory system for public buildings. The General Regulations on European Union Structure Funds is a wonderful example for many countries. It is well to use legal, economical and administrative means to implement the investment control for public buildings in China.
