Study on the Cooperation and Credit Mechanism of Lean Construction

The lean construction process demands coordination and cooperation of each participant. But the construction industry has the fragmented nature. So, how to coordinate the relation of every participant becomes the key issue of project success. Considering the difference of the profits and needs in lean construction project cooperation, this paper took game theory to explore the factors which influence the participants to achieve success. Then the model of credit control mechanism was established to analyse the cooperation character of construction market. This research is valuable for cooperation improvement in practice, and provides a way of thinking to forecast the cooperation development in lean construction so as to control it.
