Abstract :
Software reuse is an effective way to improve the efficiency of software development and the quality of software product. Software component reuse is the main form of it. This paper studies a component-based software development method and development model, establishes a human resources management system (HRMS) component structure model and Manufacturing Execution System (MES)-oriented multilayer HRMS, resolves the problems of redundancy and low efficiency in the HRMS code development process.
