Contract WBS applicants in the deputy construction project cost regulation

Based on Contract WBS the summaries in the research achievements related to the supervision of the construction projects, the thesis emphatically analyses contents and key points in supervision of the agent construction management from the construction agent and the government perspective, all of which aims at the current situation and the solution to the implementation problems. This thesis constructs cost vertical control system and set up the crosswise coordination supervisory mechanism. Finally, this thesis integrated these two systems, and designed funds coordination supervision system of the agent construction project, then elaborated this system´s movement pattern in detail. The system is carrying on the supervision to the funds from inside to outside, which guaranteed security effective use of the funds in the agent construction project.
