Abstract :
Organizational commitment reflects the members of the college student community recognition and involvement, which affects the normal operation of organization enormously and is also determining the rise and fall of this student organization. In this paper, a random sample of 300 student leaders for trial, using interviews and questionnaires to collect relevant data through the data processing SPSS13.0 focus on: The dimension structure of college community are affective commitment and growing commitment.
