Abstract
These case studies. Interviews were conducted with the Head of Departments on their perceptions of integrity in MFSBs. The reasons for the various frauds and unethical actions that happened and action taken to prevent them from recurring are highlighted. The findings of these cases would be of interest to organizations in both the public and private sectors.
