Abstract
In order to solve the network congestion bottleneck in traditional distance learning system, this paper proposed a P2P streaming media technology based on the multimedia teaching platform solutions. In this method, teachers´ node was set as the media source, and multicast tree was adopted to transmit teaching video. Dynamic feedback load balancing algorithm was used to optimize node selection mechanism and maintain the balance of multicast trees.
