Abstract :
Thermal characteristics of a Al-free high power diode laser were studied by a simple non-destructive technique of time-resolved measurement of Fabry-Perot oscillations. Reflection measurements for the laser diode were performed. The temperature evolution for different current pulse amplitudes for the laser diodes were also studied.
