Abstract :
Frequency estimation plays a crucial role in direction estimation system, of which the measurement error may directly influence the reliability of orientation measurement results. Consequently, to improve the precision of frequency estimation becomes very necessary. This article describes the causing of barrier affection, analyses the characteristic of CZT (Chrip-Z transform), and proposes a hybrid method that combines FFT with CZT to estimate signal frequency. And finally, it makes use of Matlab to simulate in order to validate this method.
