Controlling moral hazard in medical insurance is a type of system engineering. Moral hazards make medical costs increase unreasonably, rapidly grow, and excessively consume the limited resource, which causes great waste to the society. Based on analysis of the form and causes of moral hazard of China´s medical insurance, this paper puts forward the prevention mechanisms and control measures to moral hazard of medical insurance.
