An evaluation method of knowledge push´ effect based on AHP

Knowledge push provides users a timely and active mode of knowledge service. How about the QoS of knowledge push is may depend on the evaluation of knowledge push´s effect by users. Furthermore, the following update is according to the result of the evaluation. Firstly, an evaluation index system about knowledge push´s effect coming from early research achievement is introduced. Then, based on AHP, an evaluation method of knowledge push´s effect is presented, which includes the calculation of index´s weight by AHP and the calculation of evaluation value. Moreover, the application of the proposed method is illuminated via the example.
