In order to finally verify the main factors of affecting the demand for our manufacturing production workers, this paper, adopting the method of multiple linear regression analysis, sets “the Great Wall Development” that is the manufacturing enterprise to listed companies in China as the empirical study, according to the construction of demand forecasting model of the production staff, and finally clears GDP growth rate of machinery and equipment (GME), inventory growth rate(IGR), average annual labor productivity(ALP) as the most significant factors. Methods and results of this research have important practical significance for the manufacturing enterprises in China that is still developing.
