Abstract :
This paper studies buyback contract with options in the supply chain. We propose the buyback contract with options is a generalization of the average buyback contract, prove that the expectation profit function of retailer with buyback contract with options is joint concave function of the decision variables and get the analytical solution. And we compare the optimal strategies with different contracts.
