Abstract :
In this paper, we present 60GHz Millimeter-wave front-end for indoor wireless LAN. MMIC chip set which indudes power amplifier, low noise amplifier, mixer and doubler is designed and fabricated using 0.13um GaAs P-HEMT process. Furthermore we developed compact transmitter and receiver by packaging the chip set on the metal housing. The receiver has more than 40dB conversion gain and the power amplifier of transmitter shows flat linear gn over 3GHz bandwidth and output power of more than +15dBm without saturation.
