Abstract
Linear multi-input dynamical systems smoothly depending on parameters are considered. The generic (typical) structure of the uncontrollability set, consisting of parameter values corresponding to uncontrollable systems, is described. A construction perturbation theory for numerical analysis of the uncontrollability set is developed. As an example, the uncontrollability set is found for a mechanical system depending on three parameters.
