Abstract :
The paper discusses the relationships between the equations of disturbed motion in the neighborhood of invariant manifolds of conservative systems and the systems of equations with partial derivatives, which have one and the same main part. The properties, which are common for the considered systems, are indicated. Some examples of application of such a relationship to the case of equations of rigid body dynamics are given.
