Abstract :
The characteristics of medical service, such as information unsymmetrical and result uncertain, make the patient find it difficult to evaluate the service quality they accepted. Usually, the patient can evaluate the medical service by lingual description. The paper researches on medical service quality evaluation based on lingual description by convert the lingual description into fuzzy number. An example is used to demonstrate the evaluation flow.
