Abstract :
According to competence theory and the characteristics of Chinese management consultation enterprises, this study structures an evaluation indicator system including 3 steps and 23 specific indicators, and based on BP neural networks, the paper puts forward a method which provides a theoretical guidance for management consultation enterprises to evaluate their status in the market and also to seek ways to improve their competence effectively.
