A research of performance evaluation of human resources of leading agricultural enterprises based on the BAGA-PPC model

This paper adopts accelerated genetic algorithm and projection pursuit method of combining model and selects 15 General Managers of leading agricultural enterprises as research samples to performance evaluation of human resources. The results achieves that make the analysis of the complex problem through optimal cube projection direction into a one-dimensional vector for analysis and draw the performance rankings of 15 General Managers among all obtained,at the same time, reflect the importance of various evaluation indicators for the evaluation of the entire population by optimizing the projection direction. The results of the study has important significance on the promotion of implementation of modern large agriculture and the talent rapid development of reclamation area.
