Abstract :
This paper summarizes the design of the S-band antenna feed for a Balloon Ground Station system based on an on-set parabolic reflector. The designed feed is a dual circularly polarised multi step septum polariser horn. Measured radiation pattern results, testing and environmental qualification are presented.
