Abstract :
In order to achieve the highest rate of return of investment, drilling project must increase rate of penetration under safety drilling. Drilling project management is one of key factors to secure drilling safely and fast. But the factors which affect the present management are not analyzed effectively in system, especially for vibration phenomenon of drilling operation, so couldn´t manage exactly. Only after systematic analysis various factors, such as the structure of drill bit and drilling string system (bottom hole assembly, bit type), operational parameters drilling art (weight on bit, rotation of bit), geometry of drilled trajectory and formation character, the method and procedure of vibration control management can be established to decrease harm of vibration, achieve highest rate of penetration, shorten drilling period and increase rate of return of investment.
