Study on Supply Chain Quality Management Model Based on Immune Theory

This paper studies supply chain quality management (SCQM) form a new perspective of immune theory, which is borrowed from the research achievements of biology. Firstly, we introduce the concept of SCQM, analyzing the similarities between SCQM system and the immune system. Secondly , we summarize and analyze the four aspects of the immune: recognition, learning, memory, effects. Thirdly, we integrate the relevant elements of the immune system into the SCQM system to propose a SCQM model based on immune theory by analyzing the mechanisms and functions from the four aspects. Finally, we discuss the managerial implications and future directions for the models.
