Abstract :
The Manufacturing Corporation´ preferences and the changes of environment lead to disputes or conflicts of profit allotting in alliance cooperation. Aiming at these problems, this paper puts forward a kind of negotiable profit allotting models of multi-person cooperation games. Then, a negotiation method was developed based on constructing negotiators´ utility function and seeking the concession solution by steps to maximize these utilities. Finally, the effectiveness of this method is illustrated by a case analysis result.
