Abstract :
The aim of this paper is to present a systematic approach to improved fuzzy traffic controller. Firstly, the choice of signal phases is determined by the traffic flows, then the fuzzy traffic controller based on Rough Sets is used to control the extension of the present green phase, the result of the simulation proves that the total delay can be less than the traditional control.
