Abstract :
In order to carry out the line identification of gas-liquid two-phase flow pattern, a gas-liquid two-phase flow pattern automatic identification system on virtual instrument technology was put forward. The fuzzy controller was designed by the Fuzzy Logic for G Toolkit of Lab VIEW. Its input were two eigenvalues, which were self-defined and could describe the gas-liquid two-phase flow pattern information, and its output were different flow patterns, and then the inference system was designed based on the standard visual flow pattern and the results of observation. The experimental results show that, this system has good identification results and is capable of more accurate automatic identification of gas-liquid two-phase flow. Moreover, the identification of the system is so fast that it can meet general industrial process for the online flow pattern identification requirements.
