Abstract :
A new scheme to lock the frequency of the self-adaptive loop resonator (SALR) on the frequency of a reference low power cw laser with no piezo-mirror to control the cavity length and no electronic feedback loop control is reported. The SALR operates at repitition rates as high as as 100 Hz, delivers more than 300 mJ in nanosecond pulses and has a very good beam quality. Injection seeding of this laser have also been successfully implemented to lock its frequency to the seed frequency.
