Abstract
In this paper, a new audio watermarking algorithm is proposed to accomplish both copyright protection and content authentication with localization. Compared to the conventional algorithms, the feature of the proposed algorithm is that only an encrypted watermark is embedded in the approximate wavelet coefficients based on the instantaneous mixing model of the independent component analysis (ICA) system. As this robust watermark can be extracted blindly, the tampering can be localized accurately. Simulation results demonstrate the effectiveness and reliability of the proposed algorithm in terms of transparency, security, robustness and tampering localization.
