Abstract
The consequences of the rise of sea environment pollution reflect on the economy, public healthcare and irretrievable loss of biodiversity and sea organisms. Facing this fact, great efforts are being made to cut down trends in sea pollution and sea environment pollution. This is achieved by establishing organizations which coordinate services in charge of surveillance and control, as well as interventions if pollution happens. Ordinances and standards are also regulated by legal acts and regulations that refer to protection against sea pollution by dangerous and harmful matter.
