Abstract :
A high sensitive lock-in nanovoltmeter is used in this study to investigate the effect of nonsteady-state photoelectromotive force in polypyrrole nanowires within chrysotile asbestos matrix. The conductivity and diffusion length of photocarriers are estimated. Observations show that the time dependence of the detected signal is due to the transition in the conductive and insulating states of polypyrrole.
